Your journey
Your journey begins in Armenia, one of the cities that grew alongside the coffee economy that shaped this region. After arrival, we’ll welcome you with a freshly brewed specialty coffee at one of Armenia’s local specialty coffee shops. Over coffee, we’ll introduce you to the region, its people, and the story of how coffee became much more than an agricultural product — it became the foundation of a culture and a way of life. At the end of the afternoon, we leave the city behind and head into the countryside for your first night at a traditional Farm Stay.
Overnight at a Farm StayWake up surrounded by Colombia’s Coffee Country and enjoy the slower rhythm of rural life. Experience coffee at its source through a private visit to a local coffee farm. Walk among the coffee trees and discover firsthand how coffee is grown, harvested and processed while learning about the people, traditions and challenges behind every harvest. Afterwards, continue to a nearby coffee town to discover how coffee moves through the local economy and how farmers connect with the wider coffee industry.
Overnight at a Farm StayOn your final day, complete the journey at a local specialty coffee roastery. Discover how green coffee is selected, roasted and transformed, and how roasting influences aromas, flavors and characteristics in the cup. Finish with a guided coffee cupping, bringing together everything you’ve experienced over the previous three days.
